A personal greeting…
Welcome to Ballfields Barn holiday Cottage in the heart of the Staffordshire Peak District.
We like to meet and greet all our guests. Entrance is through the electric gates onto the property.
The wow factor is the location which offers stunning views, south facing down a sheltered valley, next to farmland and surrounded by wooded slopes.
Logs for the
stove provided…
Logs for the fire are included as is electricity and full oil central heating. Bed linen and towels are also provided. There is a Smart Television with Freeview and a DVD player and free Wi-fi connection is also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped. including a microwave cooker, electric oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is a separate laundry with a ‘Belfast sink’ and washing machine and tumble dryer.
Ensuite facilities…
There is a shower room and toilet on the ground floor with sensor lighting. Open tread stairs lead to the first floor landing with comfortable chairs and a library area. There are two twin bedrooms with low beams and velux windows. Both have en-suite facilities, one with roll top bath.
